Project Management Trainee is a specialized development program designed to prepare future leaders within the Project Division by equipping participants with the knowledge and practical experience required to support project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established quality, cost, and schedule objectives. This position monitors project progress, collects and analyzes project data, and prepares reports to support management evaluation and decision-making. The role also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and successful project implementation. Through direct involvement in both operational and administrative activities across various company projects, the Project Management Trainee develops comprehensive competencies in Construction Management, Planning and Engineering Development, and Quantity Surveying.
Support the planning, coordination, and control of project execution to ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
Monitor project progress on-site, collect and analyze project data, and prepare periodic project progress reports for management.
Assist in analyzing project issues and developing recommendations to improve project effectiveness and operational performance.
Coordinate with the Construction Management, Planning & Engineering Development, and Quantity Surveying teams, as well as consultants, contractors, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Assist in evaluating project schedules, work quality, project costs, and compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
Support project administration activities, including the management of technical documents, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Participate in competency development programs through job rotations, training, and direct involvement in various stages of project execution to strengthen knowledge and practical experience in Construction Management, Planning & Engineering Development, and Quantity Surveying.
Prepare analytical reports, project findings, and recommendations to support management evaluation and informed decision-making.
Minimum Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Open to fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience in project management within a property development company.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other software applications relevant to the role.
Demonstrates high integrity, the ability to build proactive and dynamic collaboration in the workplace, strong interpersonal communication skills, and confidence in delivering presentations.
Energetic, resilient, and adaptable, with the flexibility to perform both outdoor fieldwork and indoor administrative duties.
Systematic, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong critical thinking skills in data analysis and the ability to prepare strategic recommendations and management reports.
Willing to be assigned to any of Agung Podomoro's business units as required.
